By this consent, you confirm that you are informed that the processing of personal data means actions with personal data defined in the Law No. ZRU-547 dated 02.07.2019 of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”, namely: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, distribution, transfer (provision, access), including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, indefinite storage, of personal data, performed using Smartpost automation tools.

With this consent, you confirm that you are informed that the processing of the personal data you provide may be carried out for the following purposes:

  • identification of a party in an E-commerce or service;
  • providing the user with personalized Services;
  • improving the quality of the E-Commerce/Services and developing new ones;
  • conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data;
  • providing the user's personal data to affiliates or other third parties of Smartpost for the purpose of registering an application-order in the name of the user or organization whose interests the user represents;
  • providing users of the Website and other sites for electronic commerce (services) with safe and convenient functionality for its use, effective display of information;
  • efficient execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by Smartpost as binding on the user;
  • handling questions from users of the Website and other e-commerce platforms (services);
  • registration of users of the Website and other e-commerce platforms (services) for events;
  • registration of Smartworld clients/partners in a special system for subsequent technical support;
  • implementation and/or performance of the functions, powers and duties assigned to Smartpost.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, delivery address; contact phone number, information about the organization, position, fax number, cell phone number, e-mail address, information about the city, region of residence, information about the bank card (number, CVV, last name in Latin, year and month of expiration of the card, account number purchases).

    The validity of your consent is unlimited, however, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 41 Mukhbir st, Тashkent, 100179, Uzbekistan, to Smartworld LLC, with the note "withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". Your personal data will be deleted by Smartworld within 30 days from the receipt of this notice.

    Smartworld guarantees compliance with the following rights of the subject of personal data: the right to receive information about what personal data of the subject of personal data is stored by Smartworld; the right to delete, clarify or correct personal data stored by Smartworld; other rights established by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    Please note that the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the Website (smartworld.uz) and other e-commerce platforms (services), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in information smartworld.uz personal data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use smartworld.uz Internet services.
