A. The glowing part of the case is made from Lumintex™ fiber, a luminous material that can absorb energy when exposed to a bright light source, and then emit a soft glow in the dark.

Q. Are there any special care instructions for this phone case?

A. Avoid prolonged exposure of the luminous area to high-energy UV lamps (≥15W) for more than 3 minutes. Do not store the case in environments exceeding 80°C for more than 3 months.

Q. How long does the glow last every time?

A. The glow can last up to 20 minutes, depending on the intensity of the light source and how long the case was exposed to the light. Please note that the brightness will gradually decrease over time.

Q. What are the differences compared to the iPhone 16 series cases?

A. * The camera control button has been upgraded to a full-coverage design for more comprehensive protection. It now uses sapphire glass for superior scratch resistance and smoother operation. * The outer shell material has been updated to PITAKA's self-developed Orca Resin, which offers higher toughness and more than twice the impact and drop resistance compared to conventional resin.

Q. How protective is the Ultra Slim series case?

The Ultra Slim series is designed to be extremely thin and light, providing a bare-metal-like experience. It offers sufficient protection against daily scratches and minor impacts. However, for stronger shocks or drops, the protection level may not match that of the ProGuard or UltraGuard series. If protection is your priority, we recommend choosing one of those alternatives.

Q. Are iPhone 17 cases compatible with lens protectors?

A. Yes, all three iPhone 17 series cases support lens protectors. However, due to the closer-fitting camera ring design of the ProGuard model, some lens protectors may have slight fit issues.

Q. Is the iPhone 17 UltraSlim case compatible with a tempered glass screen protector?

A. Yes, the UltraSlim case does not interfere with the use of a tempered glass screen protector. Its edges are designed to sit nearly flush with the screen, providing a comfortable grip while helping preserve the original feel and look of the iPhone as much as possible. Please note that with this design, a tempered glass protector may sit slightly higher than the case edges, but this will not affect normal use.

Whether a fingerprint mark will be left depends on your hand conditions. It is not easy to leave a fingerprint if the hand is dry. For sweaty hands, fingerprint marks may be left, but it is very easy to clean with a cloth/Nano cotton/eraser/alcohol pad.

A. Too strong a magnetic force may have a negative impact on the charging speed. We have fine-tuned the magnetic force of the new phone case to ensure that it provides safe magnetic force while ensuring charging efficiency.

Q. Why does the "StarPeak" phone case have a textured pattern on the back?

A. We wanted to provide users with a more three-dimensional tactile experience with the "StarPeak" phone case. To achieve this, we incorporated a technique known as jacquard weaving into the Fusion Weaving process. This technique involves weaving patterns by interlocking warp and weft threads to create a textured and raised design. Jacquard weaving itself has the characteristic of being different on the front and back. The front features a woven pattern texture, while the back consists of interwoven threads. What appears to be a single-layer effect is actually the result of two layers of aramid fibers intertwining. Due to the presence of multiple layers of aramid fiber in certain areas, a textured pattern is formed when the phone case is molded (similar to how patterns in knitted sweaters may appear raised). This is a trace of our craftsmanship, reflecting the weaving process and adding to the handmade charm. The irregular pattern signifies a more complex weaving process, which requires additional manual craftsmanship. If you are concerned about the traces of handwork, think carefully before buying.
